Sarah Preston is a mental health clinician and writer. She has over fifteen years experience in the community and social sector, including direct service with government departments (Department of Human Services, Transport Accident Commission) and community organisations.

She is an accredited social worker with high-level communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both stakeholders and clients with complex needs. Her clinical skills and experience are an invaluable asset when consulting with leadership teams to develop processes, resources and tools to build workplace capacity. In her current role she works as a clinical consultant to secondary school leadership and wellbeing teams to assist schools to prepare for, respond to and recover from suicide. This role includes providing training, secondary consultations and workplace capacity building.

Sarah possesses extensive content development skills for a range of varied audiences, including in business and health. She has managed a private copywriting business for many years providing copy for web content, advertisements, brochures, articles, standard letters and media releases. She also established and edited a high quality lifestyle magazine in the Macedon Ranges, managing all aspects of magazine publication to deadline, including stakeholder management and strategic planning.
